Year 3 Incursion
Last week our Year 3 students enjoyed the opportunity to experience an engaging performance in the retelling of the story of Young Mary MacKillop.
Through the performance we learnt about Mary’s younger years and her determination to help the poor and educate many students who wouldn’t have been able to access learning. Our students were lucky enough to be involved in some of the parts of the performance and many laughs were shared by all.
Next week we celebrate the feast day of Mary MacKillop and her most known saying, ”Never see a need without doing something about it.”
