The Big Water Walk

Caritas and Project Compassion

Last Friday, our Year 3 students participated in the Big Water Walk through Caritas and Project Compassion, raising funds for people in remote communities with limited access to fresh, clean drinking water.

Working in teams, the students carried buckets of water around the gymnasium and garden area, with each student completing at least seven laps of the circuit. Their enthusiasm and teamwork were evident throughout the event.

Students generously contributed a gold coin donation, with every dollar going towards supporting those in need. This initiative has been a major focus for our students this term and forms part of our shared Lenten promise of almsgiving.

Congratulations to our Year 3 students, and thank you to everyone for your contributions.
