Performing Arts
This term in Performing Arts students have been exploring different styles of Dance from a variety of countries around the world including; Australia, New Zealand, Samoa, Africa, India and Myanmar. It’s been so special to engage in dances from students’ own countries and have them share knowledge about their culture and the performance elements involved. Students have all had a go at trying these new dance styles and judging by the look of pride and engagement on their faces this unit has been an enjoyable and rewarding experience for all.
