Merry Christmas!

The Christmas holidays is a time to celebrate the birth of Jesus.

After the year that we’ve had, it is important to take a break from our busy schedules and reflect on what Jesus means to us. It is a time to reinvest our time, energy and love back into our families and treasure what we have been blessed with. It is within these moments where wonderful memories are created and the joy of giving is particularly remarkable.

From all at St Anthony’s Primary School, we wish you a safe and merry Christmas.

Gospel Acclamation

Alleluia, alleluia!

A holy day has dawned upon us.

Come you nations and adore the Lord.

Today a great light has come upon the earth.

Alleluia!

Wondrous Creator, as we celebrate the coming of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus, who is born among us, bless us all this Holy season with Your love and grace.
May Jesus, Emmanuel, which means God is with us, open our minds to hear your word so that we may become Your people here on earth.
May Jesus, Prince of Peace, fill us with your love, compassion and kindness
May we open our hearts to welcome him into our lives.
We make our prayer in the name of our newborn King, Jesus our Lord.
Amen
