Accessing Compass for the First Time
To access the parent portal, you can download the Compass App on iOS and Android devices; simply search for Compass School Manager in the store. Once the app is downloaded, simply search for our school (St Anthony’s School, Melton South). Once you have found our school, use the unique username sent to your email via Compass and the password you created.
Alternatively, you can use the Compass link found on our website or go to schools.compass.education, where you will search for our school (St Anthony’s School, Melton South). Once you have found our school, use the unique username sent to your email via Compass and the password you created.
Reporting a Student Absence
Please report a student absence via Compass going forward. This will ensure more accurate and efficient reporting.
Please do not use Operoo or the office email to report an absence going forward.
Using Compass to add an attendance note is easy:
- On the home screen click +Add Attendance Note
- Select the reason from the drop down box
- Add a brief description
- Select date and time
