Year 1 Incursions
On Wednesday December 8th, Grade One students watched a performance by Chris and Ebony from The Flying Bookworm Theatre.
They watched three short performances; The night before Christmas, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and A Christmas Carol. There was lots of audience participation and some students helped act out the stories. It was a fun afternoon filled with laughter.
Then on Friday December 10th, Grade One students celebrated the 2021 school year with a Carnival Day.
Students enjoyed many different activities including; pony rides, craft, petting zoo, face painting and a jumping castle. After a special shared hot chip lunch a special visitor from the North Pole came to visit all the classrooms and give out icy-poles.
