Foundation Excursion
On Tuesday 17th of May, the Foundation students went to Animal Land Children’s Farm to link in with our Inquiry learning. We investigated the habitat of farm animals and explored the different shelters they need, food they eat and the space they need.
Students had the opportunity to milk a cow, hold and pet baby animals, have a pony and tractor ride, help out with pooper scooping and feed some of the animals. The students and teachers had a wonderful day learning lots of new information!
