Last week the Year One students practiced literacy skills such as rhyming, punctuation, reading and writing. They were offered a range of online and written experiences to practice their skills. We love how hard the children have worked! They are so brilliant.
Last week the Year One students practiced their counting skills during their math warm ups. They were offered a range of online, written and physical experiences to practice counting by 2s, 5s and 10s. One activity that was a hit with the students was creating a giant number line on the floor to then use as a tool to skip (or jump!) count! We love the creativity of our clever students!
