On Saturday 11th June our very own Karen P took the plunge to help freeze MND.
“From the bottom of my heart, thank you to all those who sent messages of support or came along to share in the day. Yes it was very cold for a short amount of time, but heart-warming to be involved in such an amazing community event. I can honestly say, I had fun too.”
On Thursday 9th June we held a successful fightMND staff lunch here at St Anthony of Padua PS.
“A very big shout out goes to those who organised, bought and cooked all the sausages. Lunch was yum!
Thanks also to all my colleagues who wore something blue and who donated to this cause. Your generosity is much appreciated. I also really loved hearing that so many of the staff took the time to share with their students some information about MND and the reasons behind the BIG FREEZE.” 🥶
