Tuesday 26th May, 2026
On Tuesday 26th of May, students at St Anthony’s commemorated National Sorry Day. The day acknowledges the mistreatment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children who were forcibly removed from their families. This event occurred between 1910 and 1970, and is known as The Stolen Generations.
We began with a Yarning circle explaining the meaning of the day, shared in prayer and took action through the contribution of an art installation.
