This week Sunday 3rd September – Saturday 9th September we celebrate and recognise an important event ‘National Child Protection Week’.
National Child Protection Week raises awareness about the community’s collective responsibility for the care, safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
This year, National Child Protection Week will continue to champion the message ‘Every child in every community needs a fair go’ and complement it with the theme ‘Where we start matters’. This message captures the essence of National Child Protection Week which aims to promote a safe and supported life for every child, now and into the future.
