Showing the wonderful talents of our students
A couple of weeks ago we had our Arts Showcase, celebrating the talents of our students at St. Anthony’s in the areas of Visual and Performing Arts. The evening was a great success and we were extremely proud of all of the students’ work that was showcased, whether it was in the Art Exhibition or performed on the stage.
Padua Hall was alive with colour, full of beautiful artworks that students had created in their art lessons. The exhibition showed a variety of different works, inspired by talented artists and were created using different mediums and techniques.
The stage in our New Hall was the perfect place for students to perform a program of dancing, singing and acting, showcasing work that had been developed in class and also pieces that they had successfully auditioned. All performers were outstanding and extremely brave given that for some of them this was their first live performance on the stage.
We were extremely proud of all of the students’ hard work and dedication to both their performances and their artwork and we look forward to continuing celebrating the Arts at St. Anthonys.
