Year 1 and 2
Last Tuesday, 7th of October, St. Anthony’s was lucky to welcome three amazing coaches from the Melton Hockey Club for a special hockey incursion with our Year 1 and 2 students.
The coaches introduced the students to the basics of hockey, including how to hold a stick and dribble the ball. There were lots of smiles, laughter, and excitement as the students learned new skills and played fun mini-games.
It was fantastic to see everyone giving their best effort and showing great teamwork and sportsmanship. The coaches commented on how enthusiastic and respectful our students were throughout the sessions.
A big thank you to the Melton Hockey Club for visiting and giving our students a taste of this fun sport.
