General Information - School Uniform

The school uniform must be purchased from the school uniform shop to ensure consistency and to keep costs to a minimum. Notice is given in the newsletter as to when an order is being placed and order forms are available upon request from school office. It is expected that all children will wear the prescribed uniform as it is part of our school policy. Children are not permitted to wear jewellery (watches accepted) to school including rings, necklaces and bracelets. Plain studs and sleepers are acceptable in the ear lobes only. No other body piercing is acceptable. Nail polish is not permissible.

 SUMMER UNIFORM

 GIRLS:

  • Green and white checked dress or green skorts/green gabardine pants and yellow polo shirt (with logo).
  • Bottle green crew neck windcheater/bomber jacket/hooded sweat (with logo).
  • White ankle socks (not sports anklets).
  • Black school shoes
  • Green school hat.
  • Hair ribbons/scrunchies in bottle green/gold.

 BOYS:

  • Grey shorts or grey pants (not cargo style) and yellow polo shirt (with logo).
  • Bottle green crew neck windcheater/bomber jacket/hooded sweat (with logo).
  • Grey ankle socks (not sports anklets).
  • Black school shoes
  • Green school hat.

 WINTER UNIFORM

 GIRLS:

  • Green tunic or green gabardine pants/green skorts and yellow polo shirt/skivvy (long or short sleeve, with logo).
  • Bottle green crew neck windcheater/bomber jacket/hooded sweat (with logo).
  • White socks (not sports anklets) or bottle green tights (worn with tunic).
  • Black school shoes
  • Hair ribbons/scrunchies in bottle green/gold.

 BOYS:

  • Grey shorts or grey gabardine pants (not cargo style) and yellow polo shirt/skivvy (long or short sleeve, with logo).

SPORTS UNIFORM  ONLY to be worn on P.E. and sports days.

  GIRLS AND BOYS:

  • Bottle green polo shirt (long or short sleeve, with logo).
  • Bottle green shorts or bottle green skorts (girls) or bottle green track pants.
  • White ankle socks (not sports anklets).
  • Runners (not skate shoes)
  • No netball skirts

PLEASE NOTE:  GRADE 6 STUDENTS HAVE THE OPTION OF WEARING THE YEAR 6 GRADUATION POLO SHIRTS.

As from January 2018 BLACK RUNNERS are no longer part of our school uniform. The decision to change the uniform was made to have a consistency across the school and not have any confusion with the type of footwear that our students are to wear. The students can wear runners for P.E. classes and sports days.

Our Uniform Shop is open every Wednesday afternoon from 2:00pm - 3:15pm. Parents are encouraged to donate uniforms which are clean and in good condition, to the shop for other parents to purchase at a low price.

Lost items are kept at the school for a term. Items that are not claimed are given to the second hand shop.

Children are NOT permitted to wear jewellery to school including rings, necklaces and bracelets. This includes items for religious purposes. Plain studs and sleepers are acceptable in the ear lobes only. No other body piercing is acceptable. Nail polish is not permissible. Hair longer than shoulder length must be tied up.

All children should be supplied with an art smock or old shirt with long sleeves for all art activities.

All items of clothing which are removable e.g. jumpers, coats, etc, or items such as school bags, lunch boxes, etc. should be clearly marked with child’s name. Lost items are kept at the school for the term. Items that are not claimed are given to the second hand shop.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SCHOOL HATS ARE COMPULSORY, AND MUST BE WORN DURING TERMS ONE AND FOUR.

OTHER HATS ARE NOT PERMISSIBLE
